Leon Ladyman and his wife, Mildred Ladyman, formed LADYMAN ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES in 1974. Leon is a graduate of Rice University and a Registered Professional Engineer whose introduction to the solder industry was as an engineer for Western Electric.

In 1980, we incorporated as LEE Solder Incorporated and in 1984, we moved from Dallas to Seagoville, Texas.

During the early years, we developed proprietary processes to produce the purest solder available in the industry today. We monitor the quality of solder in LEE Solder's on-site laboratory to assure that the solder meets our very high standards for purity.

Our company is environment-friendly.  We have TCEQ and EPA permits required by the State of Texas for a clean-air operation.  One inspector remarked that he had never seen a cleaner operation than ours.
